Microsoft Office 365 and Sharepoint 2013 offers SME’s and large organisations a platform to share files between staff as highlighted by this Microsoft video. Ideal for sharing files between staff in the office or even continents.

Advantages over competitor cloud storage devices is a lack of security from GDrive and Dropbox that simply require a password. In addition Dropbox servers are located outside of Europe meaning a large number of companies based in Europe are breaking the Data Protection Act. One way around this obstacle is to use Microsoft Sharepoint which has its servers located within Europe; ensuring the company is law-abiding!
